What shines and what doesn’t
The hotel offers a great selection at breakfast with plenty of options! The helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable.
Weak soundproofing led to noise disturbances, affecting our sleep quality. Shuttle bus crowding during peak times was quite hectic.

We had a great time skiing, but the noise was a killer at night. The spa facilities were a real treat, though!

Charming Borovets getaway 🌲⛷️
Lekker brekkie with proper coffee options and a cozy lounge area to sip on my dop after a long day on the slopes. The spacious room was a bonus too, making it easy to chill out. Staff were chill and super helpful, which always makes a stay feel so much better!
The only downside was the shuttle bus, which got a bit packed during peak times. Definitely had to kuier for a bit to get on sometimes!

The Twin Room with Free Spa Access was really spacious and clean, which made it easy to relax after a day on the slopes. The mini bar and TV were nice touches, although the channels were mostly in a foreign language. The bathroom had both a bath and shower with plenty of hot water, but the thin walls made it tough to ignore the noise in the hallways at night.

I truly appreciated the spaciousness of the hotel’s common areas, which allowed for comfortable movement, even with my walking aid. The cozy fireplaces in the lobby created a warm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Improved soundproofing would enhance peaceful stays for seniors.

The breakfast was great (especially the variety of options! ), providing a nice start to each day. The spa facilities really stood out, with a lovely indoor pool and sauna that helped unwind after skiing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our family's stay enjoyable.
While the overall experience was pleasant, the response time for room service could be improved (a bit slow during peak times).

The food is decent with a varying selection at breakfast, making it easy to find something filling before hitting the slopes. The inclusion of free drinks during half-board is a solid perk that adds value to dinner times, especially when coming in from a day out in the cold.
The rooms suffer from several quirks, one plug worked intermittently, making it a challenge to charge devices, and the bed had noticeable spring discomfort. Room temperatures fluctuated wildly, leaving it too hot during the night and uncomfortably cold during the day—the large open windows didn’t help after a day spent on the slopes. The pool area can get tricky, especially during peak hours, with limited loungers available, which felt cramped when everyone decided to come in at once. those hoping for robust spa experiences might find the facilities underwhelming, with a chilly pool and a sauna experience that left much to be desired, often lacking the advertised features. The shuttle service needs better management too. during busy times, the bus often felt like a sardine can, with little room to navigate and pushy guests vying for prime spots.
